Lesson 8: Student's Book

Image
We started with a vocabulary activity. It wasn't very difficult because I already knew some of the words about travel. We worked in pairs . My partner and I talked in Kelantan's dialect but that was OK. Next, we listened to two people telling stories. I'm not very good at listening to English but we listened to the tape many times so it was all right. Then, we looked at expressions of past time. I made some mistakes with the word 'last'. I put it after the noun, but in English it goes before the noun. After that we did some grammar exercises with the past tense. I looked at the list of irregular verbs at the back of the Student's Book . Finally we wrote some class stories. We wrote a sentence and gave the sentence to another student. This student read that sentence and then added the next sentence to the story. I enjoyed writing the stories because we had to read other people's sentences and then write something. English Class

I have learnt a lot of things from Mrs.Jo, especially about General English. But for today,we were more to mind mapping and brainstorming. Mind Mapping: Travel Family tree:D Pencil Case And Cute Keychain After English Plus Class, I went to Pantai Timur Hypermarket with a friend of mine to buy some of our needs and we went there by a motorcycle.I found a machine to measure our body weight so I put twenty cent to use it. My weight was increased, so I think I have to fast in order to get a healthier body and BMI. We have bought a lot of things but we tried to control ourselves so that we would not buy things that we did not need.I felt attracted to a pencil case, so I bought one of it and it costs about RM10.   Pencil bag and key chain-I know it looks like childish, but I really love this! After an hour later, we felt tired then we went back home. I felt so happy and satisfied because I spend only RM30++ to buy what I want and what I need. Dai...
